OKAY
so im back i have had so much going on!
i am back and i will continue to blog allot has changed since i last spoke to everybody!
My Vay-Vay is now two and shes a little dancer! i have been working full time and now in my third job iv moved house my partner now drives and we have a pooch!!
 So i have alot of things to be blogging about, i just hope you all forgive me for leaving and just not coming back!!

Just a Quick Update!!

So After My First week of my diet of cereal soup and fruit i have lost 4lb!! BUT i did go out over the weekend and consume some amount of alcohol so we shall see how this week goes, WISH ME LUCK

Diet

So Day one
since having my daughter i have lost a bit of weight, im now a size 12 bottom 10 on top and for myself this is to big i need to loose more weight i would love to be a 10 on the bottom.
Im really going to work my ass of (literally) LOL. so i did the dredding weigh in and i was dum dum dum 11 stone! now thats depressing, im really going to try and get down to 10 then go from there!
   Luckily i have a friend who wants to get fit and loose a little weight so i have support from a friend.So what i am going to do is,
morning around 10-11 oclock - cereal
lunchtime around 1-2 oclock soup
dinnertime-5 oclock- a healthy dinner such as swaping chips for new potatoes (little changes)
in between if i get a little peckish fruit or a ice lolly, also lots of water =))

all day i am busy with my little one so in the evening when she is tucked up in bed one day i will do ZUMBA on the wii and sit ups then the next, Do sit ups and my rowing machine working my legs and arms also,
so week buy week i will keep you updated with my weight and how im doing!!

Wish me luck because im hungry already!! ha

Not just one But Two!!

Okay so after a long 4-5 months (which felt forever) we have teethies!!! all the children Nevaeh's age where getting teeth some of them have a good few i thought Nevaeh was never ever going to get teeth and stay my little gummy bear forever after about 5 boxes of ashton and parsons powders a range of teethers and allot of stress we can now not see one tooth but two! they have just popped out! I'm so chuffed there seems to be a light at the end of the tunnel and all the stress is worth it cause them little buggers do finally come through in the end!  TBH she hasn't been to bad she has her bad days but i suppose every baby does i haven't had sleepless nights with teething just a bit of a moody bum during the day and a nappy rash at the most just so hard knowing you baby is in a pain that you cant really help,
My baby is also now in her own pink pretty room! okay the first night she was in there it killed me and i honestly contemplated sleeping next to her on the floor its a hard thing to do but its nice to have "our" room back. i am quickly learning that they do not stay babies for long! even though i am enjoying my girl learning new things and growing up i just wish it would slow down a little

GOOD LUCK BABY SIS!!

This is the first time i have ever blogged about my baby sis Emily, so she is growing up and today starts the big school!! so weird thinking she is going to be a teenager before i know it i remember her being born i was a 8 year old only child, i remember when she came along and i wanted to hold her constantly and would try and wake her up with out my parents noticing just so we could play! ha ha gosh how times change shes now a stroppy 11 year old who makes me want to pull my hair out and is a know it all LOL, and of course iv taunted her with the old you get your head flushed down the toilet a bit of banter between sisters is healthy ha ha!!
But I'm honestly sure she will be fine she looks so grown up today and smart.I went to school to socialise didn't do homework didn't do course work i just did having a laugh and having fun, i would also say i cant wait to leave school!! but right at this moment i would love to relive it all over again i never believed my parents when they said the school years will be the best years of your life and i bet my daughter wont believe me in 11 years time when me and her dad are telling her!!

so id like to wish my baby sissy! && all the other little people starting a new school today the best of luck and enjoy it!!

SAYING GOODBYE

so i had to say goodbye today..i felt a little upset something i was once so excited to get searching looking and pining for the perfect one, waiting for it to come trying it out admiring it everyday until i could put it to use, that i was once so proud off comparing it to others loving how perfect it once was.
i then abandond you and you sat all lonesome for 3 months or so like a old toy sat there in the cold all alone not seeing daylight it wasn't you it was me i found a new model A younger more flash one a more perfect one in my eyes
all i can hope is that you are going to make your new owner happy and you are loved as much as i once loved you i seen that glint in her eye that i once had for you I'm sure she will look after you like you should be looked after, so I'm sorry Mr icandy apple you will always have a place in my heart but you are going to make your new family ever so happy :']
